We get a lot of famous visitors to Buck’s and there is always a trail of journalists following them. We have had Presidents and Kings; movie star and murders. It all happens here and it happens all the time.

In the end, though, we are just a neighborhood joint. When people ask me what is the most spectacular thing that ever happened at Buck’s I would say that it was the time a woman came in here for her birthday. It was a western theme party and the birthday girl was all decked out in boots, a Dale Evans skirt, a pair of toy six guns and a cowgirl hat. She was 102-years-old and had no clue what was going on.
