Adam Hirsch has been in the field of personal training, sports performance, and physical rehabilitation for over 10 years. The FMS theory is at the crux of his assessment, corrective and training methodology. He currently works with the elite team at Kinetic Health and Performance Group in Corte Madera, CA. Adam formerly trained privately at Fitness SF and was the Strength and Conditioning Coach at Redwood High School.
