Jean Marie Hays has been teaching Yoga classes and private clients for over 30 years. She was awarded the Kripalu Yoga Advanced Teacher Certification, and is also an Integrative Wellness Coach, Yoga Therapist, Wholistic Lifestyle Trainer, and artist/producer of the CD "Deep Relaxation". Jean Marie's teaching style is heartfelt and deeply nourishing.
