Tickets cannot be upgraded, refunded or exchanged. Certificate must be mailed in to San Jose SaberCats, 600 E. Brokaw Rd, San Jose, CA 95112, with requested game date specified. Tickets will be left at Will Call under name given. Photo ID required to pick up tickets anytime after 5:00 pm on the date of the game requested.
