As the hostess, this indulgent prize entitles you to receive one complimentary BOTOX^® treatment when you invite 4 friends to your private party at your home.  Each friend will receive deeply discounted pricing for routine treatment areas (frown lines, forehead, and crows feet).  Discount is dependent upon guest’s selections, but maximum cost for all 3 areas is $550 per guest.  Treatments will be administered by board certified physician/surgeon, Dr. Joelle Lieman.
