There are a lot of things to be excited about at Zuni. The location. The history. The oysters. The tiny interconnected dining rooms ("go up the stairs, turn right, down the stairs, left, up the next set of stairs, then two lefts, then it's your table.") But truthfully, it's about chicken and a brick oven. When the two of those elements get together, there is intense power.
