Description

$200 Gift Certificate for Dining at Thanh Long or Crustacean Restaurants.

With its opening in 1991, Crustacean San Francisco was heralded by the San Francisco Chronicle restaurant critic, Michael Bauer, as the birthplace of Fusion Cuisine in the U.S, celebrating Helene An as the Mother of exotic new cuisine. Recently remodeled (or in the process of a major design renovation) Crustacean San Francisco, located in the heart of Nob Hill, will resemble its more formal sister restaurant in Beverly Hills in design while offering a dining ambiance close to the Bistro style that includes outdoor patio dining, a rarity in San Francisco. An family sister Monique who runs Crustacean San Francisco works closely with her mother, Helene, Executive Chef in her focus to introduce new fusion dishes to the current menu.

Or, if it is crab you are craving, visit the sister restaurant also run by the An family, Thanh Long. You don't have to wait for the arrival of Dungeness crab season to get down and dirty with a nutcracker and plastic bib and dig in to roasted crustaceans and amazing Vietnamese-style noodles at this Outer Sunset stalwart.
