If you choose to go in the winter, the house is 10 minutes to family friendly Diamond Peak ski resort and 15 minutes to Lake Tahoe's highest base elevation ski resort, Mt.Rose. During the summer you have access to Incline's three private beaches and lake front outdoor pool. There is also a fabulous recreation center with an indoor Olympic size pool. The house is in the final weeks of an extensive remodel which included all new kitchen, bathrooms, paint and floors.
