Enjoy dinner for 18 people on the mezzanine of the latest venture by the highly-acclaimed team that brought you award-winning State Bird Provisions, The Progress. As hosts of the evening, you will have the opportunity to plan the six-dish menu with the Chef prior to your event. The evening will begin with you and your guests being greeted with a specialty cocktail and passed hors d’oeuvres. Enjoy the mezzanine for the entire evening where you will revel in vibrant and innovative food in a beautiful setting.


Can this evening get any better? Akiko and Ken Freeman, founders of Freeman Winery and Vineyard, will pair their highly praised Rose, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wines with your special dinner. Akiko and Ken will be at your event to showcase their wines and to discuss the flavors.


Chef and Owners Stuart Brioza and Nicole Krasinski will stop by for a special hello, if they are in town! Sommelier and General Manager, Jason Alexander, will also be available leading up to the event and during the evening to help with cocktails and wine, as needed.

Special Instructions

Restrictions: No blackouts, but needs to be booked at least 60 days in advance. Meeting with Chef should take place no more than two weeks prior to your event to ensure the freshest and most in-season ingredients.
