Description
This certificate is for a one hour docent led tour for two people.
The Marine Mammal Center is a nonprofit veterinary research hospital and educational center dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of ill and injured marine mammals – primarily elephant seals, harbor seals, and California sea lions. Since 1975, we’ve been headquartered in Sausalito, CA in the Marin Headlands within the Golden Gate National Parks, and have rescued and treated more than 18,000 marine mammals.
Join us for an informative one-hour Docent-Led Tour of The Marine Mammal Center. Docents lead participants around the Center's exhibits and viewing areas. Tour guides also provide insights into the work of the Center and share stories about our seal and sea lion patients (please note the number of patients onsite and visible varies daily depending on the animal's conditions).
