Give yourself a gift of good health with this one month membership to the Foothill Athletic Club, freeway close in La Crescenta!
Foothill Athletic Club offers over 50 different aerobics classes daily. We have Pilates, 2 different styles of Yoga, Step, kick fit, cardio fitness, body sculpting, and senior aerobics classes. We have over 2,500 square feet of Body Master, Nautilus, Hoist, Paramount and Maxicam exercise machines. We have 2,500 square feet of quality free weight equipment with all the benches and dumb bells you need to get a great workout. Our Cardio Theatre has Lifefitness cross trainers, treadmills, bicycles, recumbent bicycles and steppers all wired into 42″ plasma screen televisions with DirecTV and stereo system to enhance your workout. If racquetball is your game, 2 courts are available for your use seven days a week.
Personal trainers are available to get you started on a great workout. Our newly remodeled locker rooms now feature maple lockers, steam rooms, and tile and granite fixtures. Babysitting is available for the busy parent and lap swimming and water aerobics remain a popular part of the club.
Our latest addition is a functional/cross fit training room featuring a 20 foot TRX station. The new room adds kettlebells, stability and medicine ball stations, battling rope, punching bag, plyoboxes and stretching to our club.

Valid through 12/31/15. Certificate may be applied towards a discount off the regular full club membership. Only one certificate per person. Child care available for a nominal fee.
This item will be available for pick up on Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 2:30 - 4:00pm at the Verdugo Woodlands Dads’ Club, 1728 Canada Blvd., Glendale, CA 91208 (in between the field and the fire station).
If you need your item shipped and a first-class stamp won’t cover it, you will have to PayPal the additional shipping cost after we get a quote from the Post Office.
