Expires 12/31/15. You must present original certificate in its original form for redemption. No copy or alteration will be accepted. Prefer to use on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
This item will be available for pick up on Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 2:30 - 4:00pm at the Verdugo Woodlands Dads’ Club, 1728 Canada Blvd., Glendale, CA 91208 (in between the field and the fire station).
If you need your item shipped and a first-class stamp won’t cover it, you will have to PayPal the additional shipping cost after we get a quote from the Post Office.
