One Month Unlimited Class for an Adult.
The aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness. We have sought to build a program that will best prepare trainees for any physical contingency.
Our program delivers fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing. The goal is to keep the body in a state of constantly varied movement, so that it cannot adapt to any one thing and therefore it will never plateau. Come try it out and be amazed!
Special Instructions
This item will be available for pick up on Thursday, February 12, 2015 from 2:30 - 4:00pm at the Verdugo Woodlands Dads’ Club, 1728 Canada Blvd., Glendale, CA 91208 (in between the field and the fire station).
If you need your item shipped and a first-class stamp won’t cover it, you will have to PayPal the additional shipping cost after we get a quote from the Post Office.
