- Review of existing resume or co-creation of a new one
- Candidate interview and de-brief regarding skills, accomplishments, experience - with the goal of recasting descriptions to align with career objectives and position(s) sought
- Attention to keywords for eReaders
- Collaborative drafting of new resume or reviews/critiques of candidate drafts
- Support in parsing job postings for alignment with candidate's skills and strengths
Consultation is online or on the phone though could be done in person if winner is in NYC or Philadelphia.
