Lauren Lawson-Zilai is the PR director and national spokesperson for Goodwill Industries International. In her role, she leads external communications including celebrity spokespeople, crisis communications and video production. She has received many awards including the PRNews PR Professional of the Year: Nonprofit/Association and the Diamond Award from the Public Relations Society of America - National Capital Chapter, and she was named by PRNews as one of the top 40 women nationally in PR. She was also an honoree for Washington Women in Public Relations PR Woman of the Year award. Lauren has a long history of running PR associations' boards of directors and serving on the board of nonprofit organizations within the D.C. region.
