Malibu Makos is committed to offering the best possible experience in our Malibu surfing lessons and the surrounding Southern California cities.  Our highly trained and qualified instructors take the time to not only teach our students both young and old how to surf, but also about ocean safety, stewardship, and respecting our beaches. We are passionate about our beaches, and want to transfer that knowledge to our students so they can continue to enjoy and respect them as we do for years to come, and of course have fun doing it! 

Our instructors are hand-picked for their experience, knowledge, and teaching expertise in surfing.  We welcome new students and teach them to be safe and respectful when learning this great sport.
