My Mission. To spread soul-body connection and health in individuals thereby expanding peace, health, and well-being in their lives and in our world.

As a health coach, I support you specifically by serving as a sounding board. You probably already know what you are needing and how to go about making that happen, but for some reason you cannot get started. Something changes when another person listens to you attentively and really hears you in a nonjudgemental way. That support creates clarity and helps you to make the change that you had only been able to think about.

I help my clients to

1) Create simple, authentic diet and lifestyle choices that promote greater individual health, happiness, and fulfillment while at the same time supporting planetary health.

2) Commit to a regular, daily practice of meditation or meditative activity (physical or recreational) that promotes heightened states of mind that strengthen the soul-body connection and self trust. I encourage individuals to find what brings them into this state of mind and to practice it daily. 

3) Honor needs for creativity, self-care, and self-expression as core to a healthy whole life.

I have a broad background that has prepared me to serve you in setting and reaching your specific health goals.
