Everyone is Profoundly Musical
I have played the piano since age 5, and I wish I'd had Simply Music lessons then! Simply Music is all about accelerated learning for students of all ages. This easy program uses the learning tools with which everyone is born. Just as we learn to talk before we learn to spell, read and write, I teach my students to play the piano before I teach them to read music. This allows me to emphasize the fun and enjoyment of music. In the process, I foster a lifelong love of music in my students. I also make day-to-day management of student concerns as convenient as possible for you, knowing how busy life can be.
Work, Music, and Education Experience
I have written, played, sung, and recorded my own songs, and studied composing with Jai Josephs and Alan O'Day. Several of my songs have received international airplay. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and I tailor my teaching to each student's needs.
