One Week of Summer Arts Adventures in 2015 at the Farmington Valley Arts Center
Sessions run daily from 9am-1pm and are ideal for kids in Grade 1 through 8. Registrant must sign up by May 31st, 2015.
Choose from the following eight themed weeks:
Session 1: Wild Art (June 22-26)
Session 2: Da Vinici This! (June 29-July 3)
Session 3: Eco Art (July 6-10)
Session 4: All Mixed Up (July 13-17)
Session 5: Magical Fantasy (July 20-24)
Session 6: Where in the World? (July 27-31)
Session 7: Super Silly Wacky (August 3-7)
Session 8: Abstract Impact (August 10-14)
During the summer, the Farmington Valley Arts Center's picturesque and inspiring Avon campus becomes a place where young artists unleash their creativity and develop confidence in their abilities to express their ideas. Each week campers will be led by professional teaching artists in projects related to the theme of the week using various mediums including painting, drawing, pottery, sculpture and collage.
