Make your champagne wishes and cavier dreams come true with this dinner party for 6 at the Middlebrooks Estate located on the beautiful West shore of Lake Washington.  Jack will serve as your Italian trained chef and waiter as you dine with your guests while enjoying the marvelous views. 

You'll start your experience with champagne, red and white wine flights and of course desert wines will polish off a great Italian feast.   For the more discerning diner Jack will provide a pre-menu for your viewing.
