Communication services allows Karen to help humans and their animal companions speak to each other especially when an animal might be experiencing behavior problems and the human may not know why the problem is occurring.

She strives to be as honest as possible, with a gentle manner during a communication session. She will never tell a person what she thinks they are expecting to hear. She tells them what their animal is thinking and feeling. This is especially true when providing a session when an animal has transitioned. Clients tell her that transition sessions help give them closure and peace of mind.

She's found that during these types of sessions, many humans focus on where they feel they may not have done enough for the animal rather than focusing on all the wonderful moments they have with their beloved pet. As someone who has experienced this herself, Karen understands.
