Frances Pampeyan is a California-based artist whose gift was noticed at an early age by her mother. Her childhood memories include having a paint brush in her hand. She studied drawing and painting at Pasadena Art Center College of Design and has continued to study and develop her skills through instruction by nationally and internationally known artists.
