Located at 719 Washington Street in South Easton, the Simpson Spring building (the Oldest Bottling Plant in the Country since 1878) is open Saturdays from 10-2 as The Marketplace at Simpson Spring where local merchants sell their unique goods and services. Friends of the Marketplace have put together Gift Certificates for your unique shopping experience. Present them to the vendor shown on the gift certificate or at The Marketplace on Saturdays, where you can even take a free tour of the museum, starting off with the spring that dates back 6000 BC.
