Pedalers Fork is a farm direct restaurant, a 10 Speed Coffee shop / roastery and a boutique bike shop.

Here at Pedalers Fork, we believe that good food begins with amazing ingredients. Because of this, we have worked tirelessly to find and build relationships with the best local growers and ranchers. The quality of our fruits, produce, meats and fish enable us to craft dishes that highlight the true flavors that are inherent in the respective ingredients.No matter the meal, we want our patrons to walk out of Pedalers Fork feeling whole, healthy and a part of the community we are building.

10 Speed Coffee is dedicated to micro-batch roasting, ethical sourcing and building cycling culture through third wave coffee. We are constantly looking to find the best green coffee from around the world, and then roasting / cupping them to bring out the best possible flavor profiles. We offer bottled Japanese style cold brewed coffee, as well as Pressed Juicery and all the traditional style espresso preparations.
