This auciton includes a fitness assessment and custom program design.  The winner of this auction has a choice of 3- one hour personal training sessions or 6- 30min. sessions.  JoJo's Body shop can help you with all of your fitness needs and Jo Wyman is a Life/ Fitness coach and a professioal, certified personal trainer who is a retired #1 ProBoxer/Black Belt.
