Description

Enjoy an intriguing and informative evening with Sasha Frere-Jones, Executive Editor at Genius and former pop-music critic and staff writer at The New Yorker.

Whether you are baffled by the sounds pouring out of your kid's bedroom (or leaking out of strangers' headphones on the train) or just love music, this is an event not to be missed!

We all like to think we're culturally informed New Yorkers on the cutting edge of all that is new, but are regularly stymied by our kids' musical tastes. HSAS Parent Sasha Frere-Jones will enlighten and enCool us parents by spending an evening explaining the difference between Hip Hop and Rap, dissecting EDM and DubStep, and maybe throw in some Blue Eyed Soul for those of us who are reduced to buying our concert Ts at Target.

Come join with fellow HSAS parents Wednesday evening April 22nd at the home of Ted and Deborah Brodheim on the Upper West Side for an evening of curated pop-music education, along with drinks and light hors d'ouvres. $50/person - limit 24 people.

This is a "Buy Now" ticket.
