Dr Greg Teles, of All South Bay Footcare, will custom make a pair of prescription orthotics using the computerized orthotic system. This system is utilized by professional sports. Expires 12/31/15

Special Instructions

This item will be available for pick up at PVPHS in front of the gym on Tuesday, March 17th, between 8:00am and 10:00am. If winner requests item to be shipped, winner will pay all shipping costs. Winner will be charged applicable California sales tax.
