Description
Custom made "Memory Quilt" by Alexis Parkes.
Alexis Parkes will create a custom twin size blanket using 25 images of your favorite memories - the back or front of sweatshirts, jackets, t-shirts, jerseys, etc. Image should be approx. 17 x 17 square.
Special Instructions
If blanket larger than twin size is desired additional charge will be applied. Expires 3/20/16 Certificate for this item will be available for pick-up at PVPHS in front of the gym on Tuesday, March 17th, between 8:00am and 10:00am. If winner requests item to be shipped to their home, winner will pay all shipping costs.
Winner will be charged applicable California sales tax.
