Half hour pitching lesson with Varsity Baseball Coach and Former Major-Leaguer Brian Bowles. Coach Bowles is a former major-leaguer, teacher and Palos Verdes Peninsula High School graduate. Coach Bowles was drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays out of high school and his professional playing career spanned 13 years including time with the Blue Jays, Milwaukee Brewers, Colorado Rockies, Baltimore Orioles, and San Francisco Giants. He played in the Major Leagues in 2001, 2002, and 2003 with the Blue Jays.
