Buttermilk Bakeshop is a homestyle bakery located in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn. The tasty goodies are baked on-premises throughout the day, many based on old family recipes. The owner, pastry chef Katie Rosenhouse, is a French Culinary Institute grad, who was previously head pastry chef for the David Burke Restaurant Group.
