Stretch your body and mind at a yoga class taught by longtime yogini, Irene Ericksen. Her teaching blends aspects of Ashtanga Vinaysa, Yin Yoga, and Pilates.

Irene's classes emphasize moving into deeper inner peace through breathwork and asanas. Beginning and longtime practitioners are welcome!

The class will take place at Santa Cruz Yoga's workshop space at 1010 Fair Ave.

Meet Equinox's entertaining vintner, Barry Jackson, observe a working champagne cellar, enjoy paired appetizers and regional cheeses with Equinox champagne and Bartolo wines.

Sushi & Sake
Be nourished by chefs extraordinaires, Freny Cooper and Karen McCormick, with a homemade Japanese-inspired dinner at Freny's home. It will include miso soup, dumplings, sushi rolls, salad, homemade ice cream and of course, a sake tasting. There will also be an opportunity to learn to "roll your own" and take one home!
