Lauren Nicole Holiday (Cheney), midfield playmaker and forward for FC Kansas City is a two-time Olympic gold medalist with the United States women's national soccer team. She also has numerous records to her name: the first player in UCLA history to earn NSCAA/adidas First-Team All-America honors all four years of her career, set new school records for points (173) and game-winning goals (28); and tied the career school record in goals with 71. In addition, she is the leading goal scorer and assist leader all-time in the National Women's Soccer League. Most importantly, however, she is an Indianapolis native!!
