The dhyana Center is a holistic healing, health educational center and community workshop space.  Dhyana is Sanskrit/hindi word meaning to concentrate or meditate on one thing or to meditate on a single thought. Dhyana is a form of meditation; called the yoga (exercise) of meditation.

dhyana Center's Ayurvedic practitioners blend the philosophy of Ayurveda with the application of Medicinal Aromatherapy to create a unique and individualized approach to health care. The dhyana Center was born from a desire to educate each individual about how the body functions and what can be done to stay healthy.
