A memorable time will be had by you and 7 guests when you join grower and winemaker Randy Pitts on a private tour of his Olivet Road winery and taste his unique wines. Your day will include a vineyard walk, winery tour, and tasting with the winegrower. Please bring this letter with you on the day of the event. 

Harvest Moon is a small, family-owned winery nestled in the Russian River Valley that focuses primarily on California’s own Zinfandel. The Pitts family has grown grapes in the Russian River Valley since 1977. In 2000, Randy Pitts assumed the farming responsibilities at the family ranch and in 2001, he made a superb barrel of Zinfandel. With that rich, fruit-driven Zinfandel lingering on their palates, the proprietors knew that they had a gifted winemaker in the family. While the Estate Zinfandel is the centerpiece of the label, Randy also handcrafts a limited production Estate Gewurztraminer and Pinot Noir.

From their initial amateur adventure, the farmers-turned-winemakers looked forward to a  promising future and it has become reality. The Pitts family has 30 years of wine country hospitality experience and your visit will confirm why it's become such a popular tasting destination.

We love this place. The wine is fantastic. We stopped by on a whim with the intent to taste only as we had a small budget. But once we left and sampled at two other wineries in the area  ( admittedly, good wines but not memorable) we had to go back and buy a few bottles from Harvest Moon to take home and enjoy at a later date.

We absolutely loved our experience at the HMW. It demonstrated that small wineries are the best to visit. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable, wines were yummy and the grounds beautiful and very romantic for a nice nature walk with a glass of wine. You feel the attention to every detail, wether it is their wine or the winery itself. If you are looking for a hidden gem, lovely wines and a true tasting experience - this is the place to go.

Great wine!!!!!! The staff is superb.  The one winery you must visit.  It is a zinful experience.
