Each individualized 90-minute coaching session will focus on what you want more of in your life, while deeply and respectfully exploring the thoughts and interactions that get in your way. You can bring anything from a specific personal or professional outcome you want for yourself, to an annoying or painful pattern in your life that you want to go away.  Your work with Linda will largely feel like an interesting conversation about you, but it will include forms of communication and exercises that can provoke profound insights and shifts in your thoughts and behavior.

Linda's  work with Interpersonal Development Coaching is based on Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) as well as CMM, a research-based approach to exploring and shifting patterns of communication. She was  certified as an NLP Master Practitioner from NLP of Marin and continuea to provide teaching assistance to that organization. Linda holda a Ph.D. from Fielding Graduate University’s in Human and Organizational Systems where she studied and conducted research using CMM.
