Description

Winemaker Garry Brooks' goal is to craft amazing, well-balanced wines that reflect the vineyards from which they come. They are produced in small lots with exceptional care. He thinks of them as works of art that come from nature.

This pinot comes from the windswept hills and rolling pastures of western Marin County. It's a blend of grapes from two vineyards, Azaya Ranch and Chileno Valley Vineyard. Cool ocean breezes from the Petaluma Gap provide the perfect climate for Pinot Noir. This 2012 pinot offers vibrant raspberry, cherry, blueberry, and earthy notes supported by an elegant structure. It's great alone or paired with food. There were only 150 cases produced and just a few magnums, so this is a very special bottle of wine!

Here's what people have to say about Brooks Note wines:

LOVE Brooks Note wines. Delicious pinot in the heart of California wine country, made by Garry Brooks, the best of a new generation of winemakers.

The Pinot was my Christmas gifts to friends, family and colleagues. It was a big hit!
