Specific Gravity Cider Company crafts exquisite hard cider using 100% organic, dry-farmed apples grown in Sonoma County by Nana Mae’s Organics. The company was created in 2013 by three friends who share a commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability from farm to glass. They believed they could create luscious hard cider while supporting our ecology and local food systems.
Sip Specific Gravity's 2013 Gravenstein Hard Cider and immerse your senses in cool, refreshing aromas of crisp apple accentuated with hints of nutmeg and cardamom. Taste the delicate, semi-dry flavors with a luscious mid-palate and a lively finish. Best served chilled, this cider makes lovely aperitif or digest, spectacular on a cheese plate with Point Reyes Blue, Manchego and goat cheese. It also pairs well with grilled shrimp, Asian food and turkey. Also perfect by itself, it is a refreshing alternative to wine or beer.
