In the Iron Chef Competition, Ceres Culinary Class teams compete for the honor of being name the Iron Chefs! The competition will take place in late May 2015 at the Ceres Community Project kitchen at 7351 Bodgea Ave., Sebastopol, CA.

The contestants are given a bin of randomly selected, seasonal ingredients from which they make 2 dishes in 1.5 hours. A panel of three judges taste and rate the entries and choose a winning team. Prizes are awarded!
