Join Chef and Culinary Instructor Terry Paetzold of In Terry’s Kitchen for a fun-filled evening of cooking and dining in her beautiful master kitchen.  Fresh seasonal local ingredients will highlight a four-course Mediterranean-style meal for eight lucky diners.  Dinner guests will be invited to roll up their sleeves and work as a team with the chef, to learn valuable kitchen skills and techniques as they cook, nibble and prepare their grand meal .

 This auction item is available to 8 participants only to be scheduled for one evening between June 15 and September 15^th, 2015.  Please arrange for one spokes person of the group to schedule the event one month prior to the desired date.  Cancellations and scheduling are subject to availability.  Menus are designed on seasonal availability of ingredients and are subject to change.  Participants are offered a choice of one of two menus comprised of 4 courses each.  This is a “hands-on” cooking class based on participation by all attending.

Terry’s airy kitchen. brings the outdoors in with large windows overlooking an expansive view of the Lafayette hills . The spacious marble laden kitchen opens up to a large patio complete with an Italian forno (oven) overlooking a garden of herbs, vegetables, fruit trees, and a flock of happy hens.  The view, the kitchen, and Terry provide the perfect atmosphere for an engaging hands-on cooking experience in a beautiful environment.

The home-based cooking school, In Terry’s Kitchen, is located in the San Francisco East Bay hills situated on a hilltop in Lafayette, California.
