This is the first house built at Timber Cove by the founder of Timber Cove Properties (Dick Clements) and served as the model showcase for what future Timber Cove development would look like. This rustic and rural house was designed and built by the same Dick who designed and built the world famous Timber Cove Inn (one mile south).  The house is a fairly large, lodge-style structure on two acres of private land surrounded by grassy meadows, the Timber Cove Creek and redwoods and pine trees.  It is walking distance from Highway 1 and the Pacific Ocean.  This picturesque house features a dramatic redwood construction and entire walls consisting of windows in almost every room. The living room is highlighted by a massive stone-lined walk in fireplace. An outdoor hot tub offers partial ocean views and the serenity of the Sonoma Coast. The house was built around 1960 and its original appearance has been maintained.
