Caddis Chardonnay is the perfect wine for a sunny day. This Chardonnay has a tropical nose of cantaloupe, banana, and toasted coconut. It is well-balanced and citrusy on the palate with notes of fresh oranges and lime. Crisp, white grapefruit and a chalky minerality provide a lengthy finish. It would be a wonderful partner to fresh oysters.
