The march aux fleurs is the farmers' market in the south of France. We have taken this name for our restaurant because we base our cuisine on the seasons or the cuisine du march. Our produce is locally farmed at the peak of ripeness, our seafood is all wild and fresh, our meats are free-range. The selections are comprised of only the freshest seasonal ingredients available. The flavors are clean and expressive.
