Blackout dates: President’s Day weekend, Memorial Day weekend, July 1st-August 31st, Labor Day weekend, Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, and New Year’s week. Please note, this package is for a specific Villa at La Costa. Availability will be based on this specific unit. It is not possible to book multiple Villas during the same reservation period.
Winning Bidder is responsible for any Shipping and Handling fee and any additional insurance, which will be added to the winning bid amount. Bidder may be billed separately for shipping charges depending on the item and location. Items will be shipped via USPS and billed at standard industry rates. Flora Vista Elementary School Auction will only ship within the United States. No P.O. Boxes and no C.O.D.

Pick up schedule and location details will be provided after auction close.
