Dawn Barnes Karate Kids is a "life skills" school, voted "Best Children's Martial Arts School" by L.A. Daily News.  Sensei Dawn Barnes has been teaching karate to children ages 2 to 14 in a love-based environment for more than 30 years. Using the world's first martial arts system specifically designed for children, student learn age appropriate "playground safe" self-defense skills based on their natural movements to build confidence and increase awareness of their surroundings.
