The winning bidder will receive a free week at String Project LA´s Spring Break Session Camp for 2015, valued at $375. This is a one-week half-day camp for elementary, middle and high school string players. Dates for 2015 are March 30 - April 3, and camp runs from 9am to 12pm. Camp will be located at Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Santa Monica.

String Project LA program provides an unparalleled creative string experience for musically inclined students ages 9 to 16. Part school, part camp, and part rock band! Through rigorous and innovative daily instruction, students hone their musical and creative skills within a supportive community of like-minded peers and mentors.

Learning at String Project LA is grounded in the school’s unique musicianship course, which utilizes improvisation and composition as the major tools for musical growth. Students take courses covering a wide range of musical subjects, including theory, composition, rhythm, and groove.
