There is a full kitchen, and a open concept dining and living room. There is also a large front deck, where you can enjoy meals outside!

A small brook runs next to the house, with a man-made swimming hole (perfect for kids or a quick dip to cool down!)  The house has privileges at the Mountain Lakes Community, which has 2 lakes and daily summer activities on the beach.  It is a quick 1 mile walk or drive, and there is a kayak and a funyak that the winning bidder has access to use at the lake.

The house is filled with homey touches and is ready for a family on vacation or couples looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.  It is 11 miles from Franconia Notch State Park, and 18 miles from Clark's Trading Post and the Whale's Tale Water Park.  It is also 18 miles from the charming town of Lincoln, NH.  Grocery shopping, restaurants, early morning coffee and much more are all available within a quick 5-10 minute drive from the house.
