With a history of over 130 years, Boston's Chinatown is one of the oldest residential Chinatowns in the nation. Through the ACDC (Asian Community Development Committee) Chinatown Walking Tour you learn about the origins of the neighborhood, hear stories of community struggle and activism, and discover the continuing legacy of immigrants in the neighborhood.  A-VOYCE youth and ACDC staff provide you with the street-level knowledge of Chinatown that goes beyond the restaurants and the Gate. As residents and community workers, our youth guides know the back alleys and the hidden stories.  Continue learning about Chinatown with ACDC's A Chinatown Banquet, a series of 45 short video documentaries about the neighborhood.  It was created to raise awareness about the history, culture, and conditions of Boston's Chinatown, the city's most densely populated residential neighborhood. Also included is an ACDC Films at the Gate t-shirt.
