Kyle Damon is an accomplished sculptor from Cambridge, Massachusetts. His sculpture, Play It Again, is a mixed media pedestal sculpture with encaustic paint. The piece stands 18" by 13" and is signed by the artist.
Kyle Damon began his artistic endeavors at the Boston Museum School, and has since exhibited in numerous venues throughout the United States. From small prints to large-scale metal sculpture, what characterizes the breadth of his work over three decades is an ever-present element of collage. Whether it be encaustic paint, a rusty nail, or a discarded section of chicken wire, Kyle deems none of it off-limits. In his most recent series, Kyle maintains this fascination with joining pieces together, and illustrates that - when an artwork is most successful - the whole is indeed greater than the sum of its parts.
