When case is unzipped and opened, there is a ring holder strap on the underside of the lid that unsnaps to secure rings in place. Removable insert has a chocolate brown patent leather bow on lid. Compartment underneath has three 2 x 1 ½ inch sections and two 2 ¼ x 3 ¾ inch sections to organize additional jewelry.
