"What began as a family obsession and ideal gift for anyone, a kitchen tradition after the pepper garden harvest, has evolved (quite quickly!) into Grey Goose Gourmet. After one-too-many eye rolling, jaw aching, goodness-filled, pepper jelly bites, I decided it would be a crime to not make my pepper jelly available to everyone!

That is when the experimenting began! So far, in addition to traditional mild and hot, I have created four new flavors (all with a little to a lot of bite): Apricot, Pineapple, Mango, and Ginger Pear.

These jellies are made, jarred, and labeled in small batches out of our family’s kitchen in Wayne, Maine. I use only fresh, simple, and locally bought and/or grown ingredients. And when the harvest is ripe the majority of peppers will come straight out of my own backyard garden."
